Meet Our Director
Pastor Dave came to Assembly Park as director in 2020. Alongside Assembly Park, Dave continues to serve as pastor of Dallas Assembly of God in Dallas, Wisconsin. Dave’s life was shaped by the encounters with God he had as a camper and the relationships he forged at Assembly Park.
While attending North Central University, Dave met his wife, Libby. From Minneapolis they moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to serve as youth pastors. 2018 brought them back to Wisconsin. They have four children: Roger, Flory, Alice and Cora.

Meet Our Assistant Director
Pastor John joined the Assembly Park team as Assistant Director in charge of grounds January 2026. He has been involved with camp since 2021. He and his wife, Pastor Jessica, have directed High School Camp since 2022.
Pastors John and Jessica co-lead New Hope AG in Cornell. Their ministry begins in their own family that has grown to 6. Their son is grown and married with a family of his own while their daughter has graduated and gone on into adulthood. John and Jess love spending time together outdoors and with their family. They are especially fond of their granddaughter and their animal-filled homestead.
John is a firmly rooted man of God, trained to be READY for anything. The ministry closest to his heart is Royal Rangers, where boys are mentored into men of God. It greatly shaped him into who he is. John loves hunting and enjoys all things outdoors, all the hard work included. With his passion for the outdoors, he is Cornell Middle/High School archery coach. When he needs to get away, he will be found on his motorcycle, a gift God often uses to connect him to others. He is a patched member and current president of Faith Riders Motorcycle Ministry. His passion is to equip and disciple others into who God created them to be.

Meet Our Administrators
Doris joined the team in 2022 as Pastor Dave's administrative assistant for Assembly Park. She worked with Spencer Lake for many years and has a heart for camps.
Katie joined the team in 2024 as administrator for the WNMD Camps at Assembly Park. She's an Assembly Park alumnus and is currently serving at Family Worship Center in Park Falls, WI as their worship pastor.
