In 2024 Assembly Park transitioned to online registration for Family Camp and liability forms are required for everyone in attendance:
STEP 1: Complete liability forms.
STEP 2: Register for housing/meals.
One adult per family completes the liability form with any accompanying children liability forms. One adult per family should fill out the housing/meal form as well. All other adults in the family needs to fill out their own liability forms. Those forms are on the registration button below.
